I am a full time worker and love to cook on the side.  I am also helping raise my husband 13 month old grandson (both his parents are in the military) so I have very little spare time!  My goal is to cook enough cakes and goodies to pay off my student loans!  I have just started selling to the public. Christmas alone I cooked 26 cakes in just 34 hours.  Hopefully within the next couple of weeks I will be able to start putting pics of my cakes and goodies I am making!  Wish me luck!
